Terms of Service

Effective August 9, 2026

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using AnonRouter, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. These Terms are an agreement between you and Sunday Labs LLC. You may use and purchase the service only if you are at least 18 years old, can enter a binding contract, and doing so is lawful where you are located. You may not use or purchase the service if you are subject to applicable trade sanctions or other restrictions, or if providing the service to you would be prohibited. Service and payment-method availability may vary by location and by provider.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER in the sections below. They change how disputes are resolved and limit your rights. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as described below. Please read these Terms carefully.

Accounts

AnonRouter supports registered accounts and anonymous accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your sessions, API keys, and recovery proof. Keep your credentials confidential and revoke any you believe are compromised. Anonymous account recovery depends entirely on the recovery proof issued when the account is created; we cannot restore access without it.

The service

AnonRouter routes requests to third-party model providers. Model availability, capabilities, pricing, and provider terms can change, and we may disable a model or route for security, capacity, legal, or reliability reasons. Model output is generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it as professional advice. You are solely responsible for your use of the service, including your prompts, your configuration, how you use the output, and compliance with the laws that apply to you. We do not represent or warrant that output is accurate, current, complete, lawful, original, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before you rely on or distribute it. Do not use the service or its output for any purpose where an error could lead to death, personal injury, or serious physical, financial, or environmental harm without qualified human review.

We route only to providers we have selected, and we use each provider in accordance with its terms. We may add, change, or remove a provider or model to keep the service compliant with a provider's terms, the law, or our own policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the practices, availability, or output of third-party providers, and we do not pre-screen or monitor your prompts or the output you receive.

Acceptable use

You may not use AnonRouter to:

  • violate law or another person's rights;
  • create or distribute malware, or facilitate fraud, credential theft, or unauthorized access;
  • probe, disrupt, or bypass service security, metering, rate limits, or payment controls;
  • violate the acceptable-use, content, or usage policy of the model provider that serves your request;
  • misrepresent model output as produced or verified by Sunday Labs LLC.

The provider that serves a request depends on the model and route you select, and each provider sets its own acceptable-use and content policies. You are responsible for staying within the policy of the provider serving each request; where that policy is more restrictive than these Terms, the more restrictive policy governs that request. We may act on a provider's policy signal, including disabling a route or model, without access to your request content.

Credits

Credits are prepaid units usable only for AnonRouter inference. They are not money, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any service fee is disclosed before a purchase is submitted, and usage is deducted at the price shown for the selected model when the request begins.

Payments and refunds

Purchases may be made by card, Bitcoin, or Lightning when shown as available. Card details are collected by our payment provider and never touch our servers. Bitcoin transactions are public and can be irreversible. Purchases are final; contact support to request a review, and a refund is issued only when required by law or expressly approved. A chargeback or reversal may remove the related credits.

Auto top-up is off unless you explicitly enable it, and you can disable it at any time in the dashboard. The threshold, amount, and resulting charge are shown before you enable it.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit and the output you receive. You grant us and the selected model provider only the permission needed to process the request and return a response. We do not store prompts or model responses; see the Privacy Policy for what little we do keep.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunday Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of a model provider's terms or policies, your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights, or your violation of applicable law. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with our defense, and you will not settle any such matter without our prior written consent.

Suspension and closure

We may restrict or close access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. You may request account closure through support; we delete or de-identify what we can while retaining the minimum financial records required by law. If you have a remaining balance, contact support before requesting closure. We may suspend access immediately and without prior notice where a violation, security threat, or legal requirement makes that reasonably necessary, and we are not liable to you for any suspension or closure made in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model, or error-free output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, caused by model output, third-party providers, Internet failures, or your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Sunday Labs LLC for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to the arbitration agreement below and is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to another forum.

Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at contact@anonrouter.ai with a short written description of the dispute, your account identifier, and the relief you seek, and to give us 60 days to resolve it. You and Sunday Labs LLC will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally during that period. This step is a condition to starting a formal proceeding, and any filing deadline is paused while it is underway. Do not include prompts, API keys, passwords, or recovery phrases in your notice.

Binding arbitration

You and Sunday Labs LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the service, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy that is not resolved informally will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except for the carve-outs below. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and evidences a transaction in interstate commerce.

  • Administrator and rules: arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, as modified by these Terms. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties will agree on, or a court will appoint, a comparable administrator such as JAMS.
  • Where and how: a single arbitrator decides the dispute. Hearings are held by videoconference or telephone, or, if in person, in the county where you live or another location we agree to. You will not be required to travel to Wyoming.
  • Fees: we pay the arbitration filing and arbitrator fees that the administrator's consumer rules require us to pay, and any further fees where not paying them would make this arbitration agreement unenforceable. Each party otherwise bears its own costs and attorneys' fees unless a statute or the arbitrator provides otherwise.
  • Award: the arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and the award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Questions about the interpretation, scope, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement are for the arbitrator to decide, except that a court, not an arbitrator, decides the enforceability of the class, collective, and representative waiver below, and decides any dispute within the carve-outs.

Carve-outs and coordinated filings

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to stop actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the service. Nothing here prevents either party from reporting a matter to a government agency.

If 25 or more arbitration demands raising similar claims are submitted by or with the coordination of the same or coordinated counsel, the demands will be administered in batches of no more than 50, with one arbitrator and a single set of filing fees per batch and, where useful, bellwether proceedings, so that cases resolve efficiently. Filing and limitation deadlines adjust to give effect to this process.

No class actions or jury trials

All claims must be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not preside over any such proceeding and may not consolidate more than one person's claims except through the batch process above. If a court decides this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request is severed and brought in a court under the Governing law section while every other claim proceeds in arbitration; class arbitration is never permitted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sunday Labs LLC waive any right to a jury trial.

Your right to opt out, and time to file

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement, including the class and jury waivers, within 30 days after you first accept the version of these Terms that contains it. To opt out, send a clear statement that you opt out, together with your account identifier, from an account you control to contact@anonrouter.ai. Opting out affects only the arbitration agreement and leaves the rest of these Terms in force; if you opt out, disputes proceed under the Governing law section.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise or forbids shortening the period, any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms must be filed within one year after it first arose, or it is permanently barred. This section and the arbitration agreement survive termination of your account and any expiration of these Terms.

General terms

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sunday Labs LLC about the service and replace any prior understanding on that subject.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
  • Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including provider outages, network or infrastructure failures, and acts of government.
  • No third-party beneficiaries: these Terms create no rights in anyone who is not a party to them.
  • Survival: provisions that by their nature should survive, including Acceptable use, Your content, Indemnification, Disclaimers and liability, dispute resolution, and these General terms, survive termination.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and, in such case, a new version will be published on this website with a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
