FAQ
Model usage is charged at the displayed provider rate without a hidden per-model markup. The only service fee is added when you buy credits and disclosed as a separate line item before you pay. As a launch promotion the service fee is currently 5%, subject to a $0.75 minimum, down from the regular 8% with a $1 minimum. We never store your prompts or responses, only the usage metadata needed to settle your balance.
We don't add any per-model or per-token markup: model usage is billed at the published provider rate, so the only charge is the service fee on credit purchases, currently a promotional 5%. That comes in below comparable platforms. OpenRouter, for example, adds a percentage credit fee plus a fixed per-transaction charge on top of provider rates, so on a typical top-up you keep more of your credit with AnonRouter. The exact fee, tax if applicable, and total are always shown before you pay.
Text models are billed per token at the listed input and output rates. Image generation is a flat price per image, and speech is priced per character. Each request reserves a worst-case amount from your prepaid balance and then settles at the actual usage the provider reports, so inference can never take your balance negative.

Enterprise runs on the same platform, but everything on the pricing side is adjustable: rates, fees, rate limits, budgets, and procurement terms are tailored to you. E2EE remains model-specific and is available only where the provider supports it.
Every account uses Pay-as-you-go limits by default, with no subscription or monthly commitment. Inference requires prepaid credits; we do not grant free spendable credits at signup.
There is no recurring or monthly minimum. Individual credit purchases are whole-dollar amounts starting at $1, up to $1,000 per purchase, and the exact credit amount, service fee, tax if applicable, and total are shown before payment.

Prepaid credits can be purchased by card or Bitcoin on-chain when the corresponding option is shown as available. Payment availability varies by location and provider restrictions, and you can enable auto top-up with a saved card where supported. Crypto purchases use the same rates and service fee. Bitcoin activity can be publicly traceable, so paying in crypto does not by itself make a purchase anonymous. Enterprise invoicing is available only by agreement.
